How long does bed delivery take?
In-stock beds are delivered within 3 working days after payment (mainland Portugal). Made-to-order beds take 25 to 44 working days to produce.
Are delivery and assembly free?
Yes, delivery and assembly are free within Greater Lisbon. Outside Greater Lisbon, delivery costs €1 per km from the nearest city with free delivery.
What bed sizes do you make?
The most popular sizes are 160×200, 180×200 and 200×200, but we make beds for any mattress size, including non-standard ones (for example, US mattress sizes).
How do I choose the right size?
Start with the mattress — that is what you sleep on. Between a bed with wide frames and a more compact bed with a larger mattress, we recommend the larger mattress. Before ordering, measure the room and check that there is space to walk around and that sockets stay accessible.
Can I choose the fabric and colour?
Yes. Choose the fabric and colour from the catalogue or at the studio, where you can see the fabrics in person.
Where can I see the beds?
At our studio in Cascais, Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00–19:00.
How can I pay?
By card at the studio, bank transfer, online payment or Klarna over 3 months. For made-to-order items: 50% or 100% prepayment with a contract signed by both parties.
What is the warranty?
3-year warranty.
