Follow the care recommendations to help preserve the original appearance of the product for longer.
Sofa care recommendations:
· regularly vacuum the sofa using a soft attachment and low suction power;
· periodically fluff and rotate the cushions, especially for sofas with down-feather
filling (natural down needs air and volume);
· ventilate the room regularly to avoid odor accumulation;
· avoid excessive humidity in the air;
· do not jump on down-filled sections, as this may deform the filling;
· do not jump on sofas with transformation mechanisms;
· slight natural “wrinkling” and a relaxed look of down-filled sofas are part of
their unique comfort and appearance.
Fabric care recommendations:
· avoid direct sunlight to prevent fabric fading;
· remove stains immediately without rubbing them into the fabric;
· use only cleaning products intended for upholstery fabrics;
· do not use aggressive chemicals or bleach;
· if you have pets, it is recommended to use a lint roller for fur removal;
· always test any cleaning product on the fabric sample included with the product.
Upholstery cleaning procedure:
· do not rub or scrape dried stains;
· apply the cleaning product to a sponge or soft brush, not directly to the upholstery;
· clean the stained area using light circular motions;
· to avoid cleaning halos, it is recommended to clean the surface from seam to seam;
· after cleaning, blot the surface with a dry cloth or tissue;
· allow the surface to dry completely;
· do not iron.
Professional dry cleaning 1–2 times per year will help maintain the sofa’s impeccable appearance.
Transformation systems and storage compartments contain metal mechanisms that, depending on the humidity or dryness of the room, may develop squeaking sounds over time. To ensure proper and quiet operation, it is recommended to periodically lubricate the mechanisms with appropriate maintenance products.
The products are intended exclusively for indoor use. Furniture should not be used outdoors or exposed to atmospheric conditions such as moisture, direct sunlight, temperature fluctuations, or precipitation.
The warranty period is three years. The warranty does not apply and is not grounds for return or exchange in cases where defects result from:
- violation of usage and care instructions;
- accidental mechanical or other damage caused by external factors, including pets, negligence, or other circumstances beyond the Manufacturer’s control.
