Warranty and Returns

The guarantee period for goods is 3 years from the date of delivery of the goods. If a hidden defect is discovered during the guarantee period, INTERIA company is obliged to eliminate the defects within a period of 2 months. The guarantee does not apply to damaged furniture with signs of misuse and does not apply to fabric or artificial leather.

If the product has a defect or malfunction, you must notify our after-sales service department by e-mail at HELLO@INTERIA.STORE, quoting the order number and description of the malfunction, and attaching photos showing the condition of the product. The claim is considered within two business days. After the claim review, an INTERIA representative will contact you to let you know if this is a guaranteed case or not.

You can return the products of standard configuration and size (not customized) within 14 days from the date of delivery. The product must be without signs of use and include all components of the original set and undamaged packaging. Items that can be returned.

Payment and Delivery

Delivery of orders within the territory of mainland Portugal is carried out within 3 (three) business days from the date of payment, subject to the availability of items in stock. Availability can be checked on the website or by contacting our consultant in any convenient way.

You can also check with a consultant for the exact time of production or delivery of goods that are out of stock.

Besides the standard models, you can order a customized size and color of the sofa and bed, as well as a customized mattress size. It takes from 25 to 33 business days to complete an individual order.

  • via the Klarna service (installments for three months);
